And On the Second Day…

New site is up and running! I want to give special thanks to Custom A. Designs for the absolutely fantastic redesign. So much better than the old site. Not that many saw it :D

So, what are we doing here?

Well, I’m working, and squeezing in what writing and crafting and such as possible. This site, at the moment, is just a dream of a dream, but work is progressing.

We have some new artwork for Lostorum to post soon – Devin Night once again came through, and has given life to the Airships of Lostorum. I will also be “publishing” the first of my short stories here Soon(TM).

In other news, we (myself and my good friend) will be running a table at Archon this year, selling and showcasing a variety of our craft and cosplay work. Nearly every weekend we are crafting new stuff –
hats, goggles, jetpacks, and toy guns made awesome thus far, with more to come. I’ll be setting up a page to showcase those here, again, “Soon(TM)”

If you happen across the site, and like Steampunk, like to Cosplay… I’d love to hear from you! We have some very neat ideas and we will need a lot of talented writers, artists, designers, cosplayers, or
creative sorts of all types.

Welcome to Lostorum

Welcome to Lostorum

Welcome to Lostorum, a unique fantasy setting for tabletop roleplaying games and upcoming works of fantasy fiction. While all has been done before, in some fashion, it is my hope that you find within these pages something different, and unique enough to move beyond the typical tropes of Fantasy Role-Playing.

Lostorum is a savage world in the midst of a burgeoning industrial revolution, where magic is becoming more and more rare, but still affects the lives of even the simplest folk. Wizards, sorcerers, and artificers – secretive and mysterious all – fight alongside musketeers and gunslingers from atop reptilian mounts or mechanical war machines. Men, and the beastly races, delve into the buried secrets of an ancient past, and alternately work together to tame, or compete for the possession of, primordial lands. Industrialized cities house millions of souls, rails are laid for steam trains, and airships powered by Aether prowl the skies, or bombard their enemies with cannons and fire. It is a world of War, and the intrigues of wealthy entrepreneurs and power-hungry empires; of mad scientists and genius inventors.
